Whether being unexpectedly laid off from a job, an unforeseen family tragedy or multiple things, families can fall on hard times. It is important to be mindful of the things you can do for your community and help them as you would want to be helped in their shoes.
Kids Loving Kids
Kids Loving Kids is requesting its August donations be centered around art supplies. This can range from sketchpads, coloring books, colored pencils, crayons and paint or other related items.

Seven Daughters Scoops
Seven Daughters Scoops is holding its “Scoops for Shoes” promotion to make a difference for local kids one pair of shoes at a time. Donations will be given to Curt’s Closet and aim to assist local children as they start the new school year.
“Bring in a new pair of kids’ shoes to our 2nd Ave location, and we’ll thank you with a free pint of ice cream!” the store wrote.

The Willow Path
The Willow Path, formerly known as Victim Services of Cullman, helps individuals and families in domestic violence situations. These families can be displaced from their homes and rushed into an entirely new life. They are seeking normalcy and you can help!
