Funeral service for Ila Ranae Tolliver, 57, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Fairview West Cemetery, Rev. Bobby Connell officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. prior to the funeral.

Ranae passed away February 23rd, 2026, at CRMC. She was born November 4, 1968, to James Eugene Wisener and Barbara Ellen Connell Wisener Whitehead. She loved music, loved her family and watched family videos all the time. She was a great encourager and a very positive person. She was a giver and was always wanting to give whatever she had.
She was preceded in death by her father; her step-father, Donald Whitehead; her husband, Cecil Patrick; granddaughter, Ireland Abbott; sister, Angela Quick; brother, Randall Wisener.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara Whitehead; daughters, Crystal (Dwight) Cone, Anna (Justin) Smith; sisters, Jamie (Matthew) Looney, Connie Self; grandchildren, Isabella Lindsey, Iliana Lindsey, Wyatt Cone, Kota Cone; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
