CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman Mayor Woody Jacobs recently recognized Steve Cummings for his years of service on the City of Cullman Planning Commission.
Cummings served on the commission from May 14, 2007, up until a couple of months ago, participating in the review and discussion of projects that have shaped Cullman’s growth for 18 years.
“His approach was steady, practical and focused on what would benefit the community. Throughout his time on the commission, he helped the City navigate development decisions and long-term planning efforts, contributing to Cullman’s continued progress,” said a media release from the City.
“Steve was always dependable,” said Jacobs. “He put in the time, did the job and helped move the City forward.”
“The City of Cullman appreciates Steve Cummings for his commitment and his many years of service to the community,” said the release.
