Obituary: Eve Marie Vinzant

Funeral services for Eve Marie Vinzant, 79, of Hanceville will be 11:30 a.m. Monday November 17th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow the service at 2 p.m., at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, Alabama.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Vinzant was born August 7, 1946, in Paris, France.  She passed away November 9, 2025, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Eve never met a stranger — her warm personality and quick sense of humor could light up any room. She was known for her strong work ethic and determination, always giving her best in everything she did.

Family was at the center of Eve’s life. She especially cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding great joy and pride in every moment spent with them. Her love for her family was steadfast and unconditional, and she will be remembered for the laughter, kindness, and care she shared so freely.

Eve’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her — a lasting reminder of her strength, humor, and the love she gave so generously.

Mrs. Vinzant is survived by her children, Lisa Muncher (Scot), David Vinzant; grandchildren, Jonah Muncher (Aubra), Elijah Muncher (Rachel), Caleb Muncher (Amber); great grandchildren, Ezra Muncher, Holland Muncher; and a host of cousins and friends.

Mrs. Vinzant was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Vinzant; parents, William Huff & Marie Huff; and her sister Nicole Huff.
