Funeral service for Mitzi McCombs Walker, age 83, of Vinemont, will be Friday, August 1, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Corinth West Church. Mrs. Walker will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will be at Mt. Vernon Methodist Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mitzi was born June 24, 1942, to Milton Gold McCombs and Ruth Byrd McCombs. She passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Walker; son, Clint Walker; father, Milton McCombs; mother, Ruth McCombs.
She is survived by her son, Tim Walker; grandson, Andrew Walker, granddaughters, Jessi Walker, and Rena Walker; great-granddaughters, Isabella Viayra and Magdalene Hall; great-grandson, Maverick Walker; sister, Millie Hartman (Chris).
