Mr. Larry Joe Aaron, age 75, of Crane Hill, passed away peacefully at The Folsom Center on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Born on November 10, 1949, in Cullman County, Alabama, Larry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Vonie Aaron; his brothers, Jerry (Debbie) and Randy (Judy) Aaron; and his nephews, Duffy Swann and Kenneth Williams.

Larry is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara Aaron; his cherished daughters, Shelia Aaron Hancock (Randy Hollis) and Kristal Aaron; his beloved grandchildren, Jackson (Kelsie Hix) Hancock and Lauren (Charles Johnson) Hancock; and his precious great-granddaughter, Magnolia Hancock. He also leaves behind his brothers, Roy (Donna) Aaron, Sam Aaron, and Robert Aaron; his sisters, June (Bernard) Williams, Debra (Greg) Swann, and Beverly (Wayne) Hollis; as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Larry proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran in the 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971. He dedicated 43 years of service to Cullman Products/American Trim. A passionate gardener, he found joy in tending to his plants and treasured the time spent with family and friends.

The family will welcome visitors for a time of remembrance on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, with Mr. Freddie Moehring officiating. Larry will be laid to rest at Bowman’s Chapel Cemetery, located at 7508 County Road 310, Crane Hill, AL 35053.

Larry’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
