I am excited to announce my candidacy for Hanceville City Council Place 1.
As a lifelong resident of Hanceville and a proud mother who raised her children here. I deeply care about the future of our community.
Having recently retired from the Cullman County Revenue Office October 1,2024, I bring over 22 years of dedicated service to the people of Hanceville and Cullman.
Throughout my career, I have been an active community advocate supporting numerous local nonprofits and providing services to those in need. My commitment to our community runs deep, and I understand the challenges and frustrations many residents face. I share in your disappointments and distrust that may exist, and I want you to know I’m eager to listen. As your Councilman, I promise to be available and to serve your voice; addressing concerns and working with the appropriate authorities to find solutions.
In these challenging times, especially given the current crisis facing our city, I am committed to working alongside the Council and Mayor to restore law, order and trust. Together, we can establish a transparent plan of action that will allow every citizen of Hanceville to feel confident and invested in our future.
