CULLMAN, Ala. – One of Cullman’s newer outdoor entertainment venues, CityScape Family Entertainment, is expanding. With the overwhelming success of their City Park Mini Golf venture, owners Steve and Angie Patrick are growing their business past outdoor mini-golf into a full entertainment venue including a dual indoor play area with areas for children of all ages to enjoy.
Last week, the Patricks announced that phase two of three for CityScape Family Entertainment would begin in early March, breaking ground on the new additions and expansion.
“Next week, work officially begins on City Play center for children,” said Steve Patrick, before Angie Patrick chimed in, saying, “City Play will be two facilities; one side geared toward elementary-aged kids and the other side for preschool ages with imagination play like a fire station and a café and pet store – all those fun things for the littles.”
Steve Patrick said, “The play center for the elementary-aged children will be a large indoor playground, (with) small ninja course and several other fun activities for children aged 6 to 12.”
Construction will begin in early March and has an expected completion date sometime in fall 2024.
The Patricks said they are thankful for the community’s support of their business and hope that it continues through the new ventures.
