GOOD HOPE, Ala. Attention families, parents, caregivers and carefree adult-sized children at heart: Bouncers Inflatable Rentals will be hosting open play each Thursday through the month of March.
“We’ve had multiple people reach out and ask if we would consider offering open play and since we are a small, family owned business, we want to offer our community opportunities to make many, happy memories with their children in a fun, family friendly environment,” said Owner Thomas Gill.
Gil listened and is opening the doors to the public for open play. Children can enjoy the inflatables, arcade games and other activities each Thursday through the month of March from 4-8 p.m. Adults must be present with the children; no drop-offs are accepted. The prices will be $16 for the entirety of the open play hours and children under the age of 2 and seniors over the age of 55 are free. Each paid child will qualify for a parent or caregiver’s admission of $6.
Inside the play area, children can find laser tag, mobile arcade games, inflatables and even a rainforest-inspired dance floor.
“Our Laser Tag Room features laser tag, of course, and everything required to play, such as chest plates and laser guns. There’s also fun, interactive games for all ages, multiple arcades and pinballs! Everything inside the Laser Tag Room is all free play; no coins or tickets required,” Gil explained. “Our Rainforest Adventure Room, geared towards kids 12 and under, will take you on an exciting trip to the rainforest! We have three vibrant, large inflatables to bounce and play on, complete with the sights and sounds of a real rainforest. It also features our Rainforest Dance Party where magical bubbles and music fill the air.”
Open play hours and the pay-to-play model is a new concept for the small, locally owned business, but hopes are high, said Gil. “We hope our community will support us in this endeavor and support small, local businesses as they are the heart of a small town.”
