Funeral service for Charlotte Wynell Goggans Green, age 69, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; burial at Good Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Green passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024 at Cullman Regional. She was born May 30, 1954, to Clarence Goggans and Eunice Goggans.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy Green, brother, Gary Wayne Goggans; and sister, Betty Jean Goggans.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth; sisters, Carolyn Hays and Misty Harding; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
