Patterson appointed new CPD assistant chief

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Police Department has a new assistant chief.  

Patrol Officer Brandon Patterson was appointed to the assistant chief position this week by Cullman Mayor Woody Jacobs. Former Assistant Police Chief Jason Mickle recently retired. 

Police Chief David Nassetta congratulated Patterson on his appointment. Nassetta said Patterson has worked in law enforcement with the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office and the Cullman Police Department on patrol since 2012.
