CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) recently made the following arrests.

Nov. 20

Deputies arrested Jessica Lynne Armstrong, 42, of Cullman, on multiple failure to appear (FTA) and probation revocation warrants.

Armstrong is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (FTA), third-degree domestic violence (FTA), expired tag (FTA), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (probation revocation) and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance (probation revocation).

Nov. 21

Deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the Logan area. Upon arrival, they spoke with the alleged victim, who stated there had been a verbal altercation involving the alleged offender, Kevin Lee Weaver, 52, of Logan. 

The altercation escalated and threats were made. Ultimately, Weaver allegedly fired into the residence of the alleged victim (no one was struck). Weaver was located at the residence, along with drug paraphernalia. 

He is charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 26

Deputies responded to a domestic violence call involving a vehicle traveling down Interstate 65. 

Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop around Exit 304. They determined the alleged victims were the passengers in the vehicle. 

Andre Demario Billups, 32, of Russellville, was identified as the driver/alleged offender. The CCSO said sufficient evidence was present to charge Billups.

He is charged with reckless endangerment and assault.
