Graveside Service for Ricky Lynn Schafer, age 62, of Falkville, will be at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, at Ebenezer Cemetery with Chuck Johnston officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Schafer passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023. He was born Sep. 6, 1960, in Cullman, Alabama, to Fred Schafer and Delores Schafer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Maria Schafer; and brother, James Schafer.
Survivors include his siblings, Jeanette (James) Beason, Janice (Fuller) Smith, Fred (Cathy) Schafer, John (Sandra) Schafer, Gerald (Donna) Schafer, and Juanita Schafer, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Mr. Schafer was an amazing brother, son, and friend. He will be missed by all that loved him.
