FAIRVIEW, Ala. – Sunday evening, Alabama State Troopers and Cullman County Sheriff’s Office worked together to stop a fleeing driver in the Fairview area.
“On Sunday, April 11, Alabama State Troopers initiated a vehicle pursuit on a motorcycle, traveling in the Fairview area. Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted in the pursuit which ended in the Fairview community,” said Sheriff Gentry following the chase. “There is one person in custody at this time.”
According to the department, Cullman County deputies made the arrest following the pursuit.
Stephen Loyd Harbison, 40, of Cullman, was charged with:
Possession of Dangerous Drugs- Methamphetamine.
Possession of Marijuana-2nd degree
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Attempting to Elude.
