Funeral services for Laura Ethylene Stallings, 86, of Sardis will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020 at Sardis Baptist Church #2; Rev. William McClellan officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at the church from noon-2 p.m.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Stallings passed away Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 13, 1934 to Jack and Lillian Sterling. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church #2 and she enjoyed traveling on senior citizen trips. She loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Jimmie Sterling and Benny Joe Sterling; and infant sister Betty Sterling.
Survivors include her sons Lydell Stallings and Brent Stallings; sisters Latrelle Powell and Connie (Tim) Powell; and a host of extended family and friends.
