Billy Ray Breedwell, 77, of Holly Pond passed away Monday morning, Jan. 20, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Blount County to Owen Richard Breedwell and Rudy Chambers Blackwood.
Mr. Breedwell was a self-employed concrete contractor.
He was pre-deceased by his parents.
He is survived by sons Danny Ray (Debbie) Breedwell and Michael Ray Breedwell; daughters Donna (James) Oliver, Melissa Rock, and Terri (Mike) Tice; sister Virginia Wiseman; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Tuesday, Jan. 21, from 6-8 p.m. at Holly Pond Funeral Home.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 1 p.m. in Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel. The service was conducted by Josh Sparkman.
Burial was in Austin Creek Cemetery, Blountsville.
