Funeral services for Terry Dean Cook, 64, of Holly Pond will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Nathan Thomas officiating; interment in First Baptist Church of Fairview.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cook passed away Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 at Cullman Regional.
He was born Nov. 14, 1954 to Albert and Julia “Yank” Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Julia “Yank” Cook; wife Ann Cook; and several siblings.
Survivors include his daughter Gina (Terry) Watwood; grandchildren Felicia (Dalton) Phillips, Derrick (Brittany) Prince, and Emi Watson; great-grandchildren Evelyn Phillips, Mavis Caroline Phillips, and Lillian Prince; significant other Sherree Sellers; his extended family Justin Nunnelley, Mason Chance, and Ronald Nunnelley; and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
