VINEMONT, Ala. – A single-vehicle crash at 7:25 a.m. Sunday, July 7 claimed the life of a Falkville woman, according to Alabama State Troopers.
Shelly Dawn Woods, 47, was killed when the 2001 Nissan Pathfinder she was driving left the roadway on County Road 1435 and overturned. Woods was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers said the crash occurred 6 miles north of Vinemont.
Nothing further is available as State Troopers continued to investigate.
