Funeral services for Donald Edwin Day, 83, of Vinemont will be at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Chad Kennedy, Matthew Montgomery and Paul Day officiating; burial at Flint Creek Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Day passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019. He was born March 17, 1936 to Glenzy Alonzo Day and Christine Neldean Day.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Shelby Jean Ridgeway Day, daughters; Kathy (Ric) Montgomery, Donna Brooks, son; Tommy (Sherry) Day, grandchildren; Paul Day, Tommy (Monica) Day II, Mary (Cranson) Asherbranner, Matthew Montgomery, Nathan Montgomery, Emily (AJ) Hatley, great grandchildren; Alyssa and Lucas Day, Eli and Cheyenne Asherbranner, Lily and Andrew Hatley, sisters; Melba Louise (Harold) Chandler, Shirley Faye Whittle and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Monday at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
