Jones Chapel man charged with selling meth

CULLMAN – Cody Lemark Clay, 29, of Jones Chapel, was arrested on Tuesday, charged with two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance for allegedly selling methamphetamine, according to the Cullman Police Department.

The CPD said Clay was arrested by officers assigned to the Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force and the CPD’s Crime Suppression Unit.

Clay was booked in at the Cullman County Detention Center and has since made bond.
