The top Alabama scholarship winner will be entered into the National Scholarship Competition and will receive one of these 500 Awards:

      • First Place – Two $50,000 scholarships ($12,500 per year)

      • Third Place – Two $30,000 scholarships ($7,500 per year)
      • Runners Up – 14 $20,000 scholarships ($5,000 per year)
      • Semifinalists – 480 $4,000 scholarships ($1,000 per year)

Applications are judged on scholarship, leadership and financial need.

      2018 Legacy Awards Contest

Legacy Scholarships are available to children or grandchildren of Elks Lodge members.  These scholarships are for $4,000 each ($1,000 per year).  Six are awarded annually.  The application deadline for Legacy scholarships is Feb. 2, 2018.
