CULLMAN – An undercover operation led to the arrest of a Berlin man on Friday. Johnny Michael Coggins, 62, was charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and jailed on a $5,000 property bond.
Cullman City Police Department Investigators Justin Craft and Adam Clark arrested Coggins following the operation'
Police say Coggins was arrested earlier this year, on Jan. 13, on two separate counts, also for distribution of a controlled substance.
