FAIRVIEW, Ala. – Tulum Mexican Grill will open in Fairview Monday, May 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the site where The Hutch once operated.
Tulum Owner Corlina Peralta said the new restaurant’s menu features tons of classic Mexican grill options, along with some Tulum originals and a “Little Aggies” menu.
“We are incredibly excited and grateful to serve the community,” Peralta said. “We truly can’t wait to welcome everyone in.”
Tulum will be open Sunday-Thursday, from 10:30 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, from 10:30 a.m.- 9:30 p.m.
