Benjamin Cody Weeks passed on April 6, 2026, at the age of 42. He was born on Aug. 29, 1983. Benjamin was a resident of Cullman, Alabama.
Benjamin is survived by his mother Delilah Lee Griffith (Mark); Mason Cody Weeks his son and Mason’s mother Brittney Lee; sister Jaylee “Sissy;” brothers Damien C. Weeks (Holly), Shannon L. Weeks, Jared G. Price (MaryBeth), Martin D. Price and Reagan Weeks; and his beloved dog Dolly, who was his loyal constant companion, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 11,2026 at 1 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Due to Ben’s love of Alabama Football, the family requests guests to dress comfortably in Alabama attire. Following the service, the family will hold a reception at Sportsman Lake Park, Pavilion 18.
