PHENIX CITY, Ala. – Wallace State remained unbeaten Wednesday after shutting out Chattahoochee Valley and Enterprise State in a pair of decisive victories.
The Lions opened the day with a 49-0 victory over host Chattahoochee Valley before blanking Enterprise State 57-0.
Wallace State outscored its two opponents 106-0 and improved to 4-0. The Lions have scored at least 46 points in every game this season and have outscored their opponents 210-12 overall.
Wallace State opened the season with a 46-6 victory over Bishop State and a 58-6 win over Northwest Shoals before posting consecutive shutouts Wednesday.
Individual scoring plays and defensive statistics were not available.
The Lions will return to action Sept. 13 at Sand Mountain Park. Wallace State will face Shelton State at 3:30 p.m. before meeting Snead State at 5.
