Sheila Jean Loyd, age 76, passed into the arms of her dear Savior on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, surrounded by her family at her residence. She was born on December 13th, 1949, to Earl and Alice Haynes.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Loyd; sons, Chris Loyd, Trent (Misty) Loyd; her only grandson, Bentley Loyd and sister-in-law, Joyce Haynes, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Sheila Jean Loyd was a homemaker and a member of Flint Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed being a VBS director and/or teacher at various local churches over the years. Sheila enjoyed her free time praying for those in need and for her family. Sheila enjoyed the beautiful Smoky Mountains and the rolling hills of Tennessee. She was an avid Auburn and Tennessee fan (guess orange was her favorite color). Sheila enjoyed taking pictures, crafts, antique collecting, sitting on her front porch rocking chair, but over the last six years she has enjoyed spending time with her precious grandson, Bentley.
