CULLMAN, Ala. – The City of Cullman Planning Commission was called to order by Commissioner Michael Sullins at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, in the Cullman City Hall auditorium. Members approved the minutes of the previous meeting, held April 7.
Public hearing
- Short form subdivision request – 1011 Main Ave. SW – two lots
- Short form subdivision request – Loring Street Northwest and Cleveland Ave. NW – four lots
Both requests were approved.
Per the request of Kenneth White of the Maple Grove Subdivision, the following agenda item was tabled until the next meeting:
- Final plat – Maple Grove Subdivision (off Alabama Highway 157 NE and Warnke Way Northeast) – 35 lots
The commissioners approved the adoption of the proposed site plan, with contingencies from the city engineer based on the ALDOT traffic and safety plan, for Murphy Oil USA on Second Avenue Northwest.
The City of Cullman Planning Commission will meet next on Tuesday, June 2, at 5:30 p.m. in the city hall auditorium.
