Brenda Gail Jennings, born February 22, 1955, passed away peacefully at her home on
January 11, 2026.
Funeral service for Brenda will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Flint Creek Cemetery, Rev. Phillip Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
Brenda was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Sherrell and Dorothy Hancock.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Marlin Jennings, whose love and
partnership were the foundation of her life. She also leaves behind her two sons, Rusty (Jyme) Jennings and Randy (Alicia) Jennings, who were her greatest pride.
Brenda was a cherished grandmother to Devan (Michaela Huffstetler), Carson (Abby), Caden (Chloe Edge), and Colton (Patton Fell), and a loving great-grandmother to Myles Brown, who brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her brothers, Ronnie (Mary) Hancock and Mike (Lendy) Hancock, along with a host of other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
Brenda will be remembered for her love of family, her strength, and the kindness she shared with everyone she met. Her legacy lives on through the generations she nurtured and the lives she touched.
