Funeral service for David DeJuan Reese, age 68, of Cullman, will be Friday, May 9, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church, with Pastor Malcom Carter II, Bro. Travis Sharpe, and Bro. Mike King officiating. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery and will be officiated by Bro. Doyle Berry and “Poppy” Cupp.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Reese was born September 24, 1956, to Carl and Cara Parris Reese. He passed away on Tuesday, May 6,2025 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Cynthia Ann Carnes Reese; daughter, DeWana Reese Bowling (Jeremy); son, Shane Reese (Cheranda); grandchildren, Rylee Baker (Eli), Blake Reese (Destiny), Sarah Bowling, Hagen Reese, Timber Reese; great-grandchildren, Amelia Baker, Renlee Baker, Colter Reese, Maverick Baker; sister, Connie Dutton (Larry); niece, Michelle Bolinger (Steven); great-niece, Cara Jewel Bolinger; great-nephew, Vance Bolinger; a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers will be, Phillip Carnes, Larry Dutton, Steven Bolinger, Dathan Campbell, Mason Jones and Tray Kimbril
Honorary Pallbearers will be, Terry wright, Darren Campbell, Lavaughn Butts and Myles Carnes.
