Cheryl Ann Fields, age 62 of Cullman, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Cullman Regional. She was born August 21, 1962, to Andrew Puskas, Jr. and Elvira Puskas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and father of her children, John Lewis Fields, Jr.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Capote and Ashley Fields; grandchildren, Brianna, Brandon, Diego, Laith, Kyle, Haliegh and Isaiah; brothers, Thomas Puskas, Terry Puskas and Alan Puskas and a host of nieces, nephew and friends.
Services will be planned for a later date.
