CULLMAN, Ala. – The annual Cullman Regional Foundation Gala will take place this Saturday, April 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the Venue at Cotton Creek. Gala XXIV’s theme is “Old Florida.”  The evening will feature dinner, a special program and silent and live auctions.

“The annual event recognizes individuals who have played a significant role in advancing health care for our community through Cullman Regional,” said Cullman Regional Foundation President Amy Wood.

“We are pleased to announce the H.C. Arnold Humanitarian Award honoree, Mr. Tim Culpepper; the Dr. Herman C. Ensor Excellence in Heath Care honoree, Mrs. Charna Brown; McAfee Commitment to a Cause honoree, Dr. George Lyrene; and the Spirit of Volunteerism Honoree, Mrs. Stephanie Jowers.”

Cullman Regional Service Guild members help with the organization of the Gala and are led by President Amanda Knappenberger. Annual fundraising events like the Gala give community members an opportunity to become more involved in local philanthropy.

The event will include live entertainment by the Rock Candy Band and a special dinner catered by JW Steakhouse.
