Chamber hosting ‘Keeping Your Body Healthy at Work’ Lunch & Learn Feb. 25

The Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Lunch & Learn workshop, titled Keeping Your Body Healthy at Work, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the Cullman Chamber in the Walmart Room. CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Lunch & Learn workshop, titled Keeping Your Body Healthy at Work, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Walmart Room at the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce. Sponsored by Wallace State Community College, this free event will provide practical tips on maintaining good posture, incorporating healthy habits into daily routines and managing stress to stay energized and focused throughout the workday.

“This is a great opportunity to start the new year with some new healthy habits and techniques to help your overall health and boost your quality of life,” said Katie Walker, director of communication & events for the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce.

The session will be led by Roger Gurley, founder of Tradition Physical Therapy, who brings expertise in functional exercises, manual therapy techniques, dry needling, blood flow restriction and other therapeutic approaches to help individuals achieve optimal function in their daily lives.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch to enjoy during the hour-long session. Although the event is free, registration is required. To register, visit www.business.cullmanchamber.org/events.
