CULLMAN, Ala. – Align Alabama Health & Wellness invites the community to join its Santa is Coming to Town event on Friday, Dec.13, from 2-5 p.m. Families can enjoy various Christmas activities, including a hot cocoa bar, make-and-take ornaments and a snowball cornhole game. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be present to take photos.
Dr. Nathan Lewis, owner of Align Alabama Health & Wellness, shared his deep and heartfelt connection to Christmas, one rooted in his faith and personal experiences.
“Christmas to me is deeply personal as, at the core, it represents the birth of my Savior, Jesus,” Lewis explained. “While the holiday season, particularly Christmas, can be muddled with a lot of things that don’t point to the truth of the reason for the season, I feel it can all be used to inspire love, joy and cheer, just to name a few.”
Lewis elaborated on why events like this hold special significance for him, making it his personal mission to give the community an opportunity to experience the true essence of Christmas.
“My personal story is one that didn’t get the opportunity to partake in many of the special things that can create lasting and fun memories as a child and with family,” Lewis shared. “It is my desire to create an environment for my family, patients and the community I love that encourages the very things that I feel this time of year does represent: love, hope and family.”
