CULLMAN, Ala. – Jubilee Coffee and Wine Bar, sister company to Karma’s Coffee House, will – tentatively – open in downtown Cullman this November.
Owner Katie Fine said Karma’s and Jubilee are more than just places to grab a drink; they’re places of community, conversation and friendship.

For readers who are unsure or who have never visited a wine bar, The Tribune asked Fine to explain what exactly a wine bar offers its patrons.
