CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Police Department began hosting Coffee with a Cop events almost  a decade ago as a way to bridge the gap between law enforcement officers and local residents.

CPD Public Relations Officer Adam Clark said the most recent Coffee with a Cop event, which was held before the COVID-19 pandemic, was held at Karma’s Coffee House, and the department felt now is a good time to start again.

“Coffee with a Cop is nothing more than coffee and conversation,” he said. “No agendas – just come in, have some coffee, meet some officers and have a great conversation.”

The event will take place this Saturday, June 22, from 8-10 a.m. at Karma’s.

“We look forward to seeing everyone there and would like to thank Karma’s Coffee House for the opportunity to host the program again,” Clark said.

Karma’s is located at 103 First Ave. NE, Ste 140 in Cullman.
