CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman Primary Care has joined the Complete Health primary care group. The acquisition brings Complete Health’s total locations in Alabama to 20. Cullman Primary Care has served the community for five decades, offering family medicine, specialty services, lab diagnostics, urgent care and diagnostic imaging services.

Complete Health specializes in senior care and has 155 providers across 28 Alabama, Florida and Virginia locations, now including Cullman Primary Care Family Medicine, Cullman Primary Care Urgent Care and Cullman Primary Care Diagnostic Imaging Center.

The group offers unique services such as chronic care management, transitional care management, a diabetes support program and non-clinical support, such as connecting patients with licensed insurance agents to understand their benefits better, hosting educational events and finding resources to afford expensive medications and transportation for appointments.

“Since 1975, it’s been our mission to be a community resource for preventative care, patient education, and patient advocacy,” said Cullman Primary Care President and Provider Dr. Christopher Coccia. “We will continue this legacy with Complete Health, adding some new services that will raise the bar for primary care in Cullman.”

Cullman Primary Care’s providers joining Complete Health include Christopher Coccia, DO; Thomas Montgomery, MD; Gregory Bostick, MD; Mike Machen, MD; Joseph Johnson, MD; Randall Quinn, MD; Nathaniel Burnham, DO; Justin Wilson, CRNP; Jennifer Anderson, CRNP; Tammy Cornelius, CRNP; Natalie Kilpatrick, CRNP; Katherine Mann, CRNP; Ashley Drake, CRNP; Jessica Rice, CRNP; and Nancy Cornell, CRNP.
