Davey looks to you for encouragement. (Donna Ruttkay)

CULLMAN, Ala. – Davey, an approximately 10-12-month-old male Redbone Hound mix with a toasty tan coat is available for adoption at Cullman County Animal Shelter.

Davey is a younger guy who is still figuring out his personality, but is overall the ideal “good boy.” He will look to you for encouragement, and his confidence and sense of belonging will soar! Davey will check in with you for direction and takes that direction well.

Davey is quiet and peaceful in his kennel but displays great energy in the recreation area of the shelter. He is true to his breed, with an athletic build and the ability to keep up with anything you throw at him – or to him! His potential is endless as he already displays the qualities of a hiking, therapy or companion dog.

Ready to give Davey a forever home? Head over to Cullman County Animal Shelter at 935 Convent Road NE, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for a meet and greet.

His adoption fee includes neuter, DHLPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccines, rabies vaccine, wormer, general exam at the vet and microchip.

Contact the Cullman County Animal Shelter at 256-734-5448 or cullmananimalshelter@co.cullman.al.us.
