Funeral Service for Megnia Joan Terry, age 80, of Vinemont, will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, at Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church with David Estes and Tommy Blackwood officiating; interment in Cross Roads Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Terry passed away on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, at Brookwood Medical Center. She was born Oct. 5, 1942, to Richard Lem Meherg and Lena Bell Meherg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dannie R. Terry; parents; sisters, Billie Jo Livingston and Faye Carr; brother, James Meherg; and sons-in-law, John Bennefield and Gary Garmon.
Survivors include her children, Shelia (Ed) Dulz, Karen Garmon, Jimmy Terry, Wanda Bennefield, Vickie (Richard) Suits, and Lisa Burke; grandchildren, Alex (Peggy) Dulz, Megan Dulz, Glenn (Ashley) Garmon, Jay Garmon, Josh (Claire) Garmon, Amanda (Shane) Currington, Amesia (Brett) Williams, April (Robert) Howard, Allison Bennefield, Travis (Tamara) Terry, Micah (Kiley) Suits, and Lucas Suits; 20 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bobby (Dura) Meherg and John (Joy) Meherg; sister, Becky (Arthor) Talley; sisters-in-law, Jane Joyce (Bill) Ginn and Martha Meherg; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and coworkers.
