Memorial service for Tony Hughes, age 72, of Leeds, will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Leeds First Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Mr. Hughes passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at his residence from Parkinson’s Disease. He was born April 13, 1951, to Olin Marvin Hughes and Mildred Hughes.
Mr. Hughes retired as Vice President of the Investment Division at Compass Bank after 33 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Tracy Hughes Hulbert.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Hughes; son, Anthony Hughes, Jr.; grandson, Anthony Hughes, III; brother, Marvin Hughes, Jr.; and a host of host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
