Charles “Shorty” Michael Milstead, age 66, of Addison, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023, peacefully surrounded by family. He was born Aug. 3, 1956, in Texas to Arthur Kenneth Milstead and Annie Oneida Milstead.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Lee Lawson; son, Michael Milstead; grandchildren, Shawn Forbs, Destiny Forbs, Alexxes Forbs, and Hailey Milstead; great-grandchild, Delilah Davidson; sisters, Tricia Ballard and Kerri Thompson; and best friend, Robin Calbert.
