Drug-related and Grand Jury indictment arrests made over the weekend for CCSO

CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. – Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Dodge City area on Saturday, April 30. Ivan Jermaine Fields, 42, of Hanceville (pictured above) was identified as the driver. It was determined that Fields had multiple active warrants

A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded both narcotics and paraphernalia. Fields was charged with: possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs (FTA), possession of dangerous drugs (FTA) and a traffic violation (FTA).

 CCSO deputies on Sunday, May 1 arrested Christopher Daniel French, 24, of Waverly, KY, for a Grand Jury indictment. The indictment stemmed from a 2019 incident. He was charged with rape 1st (GJ).

Also on Sunday, deputies responded to a residence in the Bremen Community in reference to a welfare check. William Jacob Hall, 33, of Bremen was located at the residence. 

Narcotics and paraphernalia were located inside the residence. Hall was arrested and charged with: distribution of dangerous drugs (opium or derivative) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Cullman County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Martha June Horton, 68, of Hanceville, for a Grand Jury indictment on April 29. The indictment was from an incident reported earlier this year. Horton was charged with assault – elder abuse and neglect (GJ).
