BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham Zoo will be celebrating Glow Wild: An Animal Lantern Celebration on select evenings, on January 6 – 9 and January 12 – 17, 2022.
The event will run each evening from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., with entry closing at 8:00 p.m. and tickets timed and issued in 30-minute increments. Guests are encouraged to plan and allot 90 minutes to view and enjoy the entire display. Guests are also welcomed to stay inside the zoo longer than these timeframes, as they are scheduled to allow an even flow into the park.
Tickets are available online and onsite; however, tickets sold onsite will only be available as space allows through the night. Purchasing tickets online through Birmingham Zoo (https://17236a.blackbaudhosting.com/17236a/page.aspx?pid=213&tab=2&txobjid=56b1e8a8-a1d4-4169-b487-fdd8b438252e) will allow for guests to avoid long lines and acquire discount pricing. Admission tickets are nonrefundable but are date and time transferable, so long as the purchaser emails their reply to the payment receipt they received after ticket purchase to request a date and time transfer.
Although ticket prices vary from peak nights to non-peak nights, zoo discounts cannot be combined with any additional coupons, specials or offers.
