A graveside service for Eleanor Louise Sapp of Garden City, Alabama will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Damascus Cemetery in Hanceville.
Mrs. Sapp was born on November 11, 1934 in Birmingham to William and Lois (Farris) Sanford. She died at her residence at the age of 84 on June 20, 2021. Mrs. Sapp worked many years at Garden City School as a secretary for the Cullman County Board of Education.
Survivors include her children: Kate Smith, Keith (Debbie) Sapp and Karen (Roger) Jones; grandchildren: Kimberly Brown, April Tankersley, Kyle Sapp, Justin Jones, Jared Jones and Jake Jones and great-grandchildren, Simone Brown, Ayden Thomas, Zeb Jones, Zoe Jones and Barret Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Elwin Sapp and grandson: Jonathan Tankersely.
