CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman Regional will begin taking its Mobile Medical Center to the Cullman County Courthouse to administer free COVID-19 vaccines to the public. Every Thursday, beginning June 24 through the end of July, the Mobile Medical Center will be set up in the south parking lot of the courthouse from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Vaccines will be administered to the public ages 13 and up, according to the Alabama COVID-19 Vaccination Allocation Plan. Children must be accompanied by an adult authorized to sign consent. Cullman Regional’s Physician Practice Coordinator–Occupational Health Amanda Satterfield added, “We do ask if the patient has insurance, please bring your card, but there is no charge to the patient. Uninsured will also not be charged. Anyone receiving a vaccine does need to have a valid ID.”

The Cullman County Commission approved the location for the Mobile Medical Center at its monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 15. Chairman Jeff Clemons said afterward, “Hopefully we can get some people vaccinated. All you gotta do is ride up, get your shot and leave.”
