FAIRVIEW, Ala. – At the 93rd annual Alabama FFA State Convention, held virtually this week, Fairview High School’s FFA string band took home top musical honors. On Tuesday, Fairview High School FFA sponsor and agriscience teacher Justin Miller took to social media to celebrate:

“Today, I finally reached a teaching career goal. Our FFA String Band won the State competition. This has been a lot of hard work and patience, but it finally paid off. They are a unique, very talented and special group of young men and women. State Champions!!!!!”

The victory is the third in six years for Cullman County schools. Cold Springs won the string band competition in 2016 and 2017.

Congratulations to Fairview FFA!
