Mary Ruth Johnson, age 88, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Mary Ruth was born May 2, 1932 in Cullman, Alabama.
Mary Ruth is survived by sons: Martin Johnson, Robert Dennis (Susan) Johnson, Jeffery Wade (Debbie) Johnson; grandchild: Sarah Roberts and great grandchild: Lex Harbison and brother-in-laws: Sidney Mac (Jean) Johnson, Bill Johnson.
Mary Ruth was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd Johnson; son: Michael Edward Johnson; parents: Benjamin Eddy and Phoebe Grace Easterwood Blair; brothers: Robert Blair, Jarvis Blair, and sisters: Irene Armstrong, Maggie Price.
A celebration of life visitation for Mary Ruth will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., at Longview Church of God, 2025 County Road 1269, Vinemont, AL. A celebration of life funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. A burial will follow the service at East Point Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery, Cullman, Alabama 35055.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Ruth’s memory may be made to Cullman Regional Hospice, 1912 US Hwy 157, Cullman, Alabama.
