Graveside services for Syble D. Bishop, 99, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 at Duck River Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Bishop passed from this life Jan. 20, 2021 at Woodland Village and Rehab. Brother Benjamin Smothers and Brother Javon Daniel will officiate the service.

Mrs. Bishop was born Dec. 10, 1921 to William Jefferson and Effie Bell Gibbs Daniel. She was a lifelong member of Holly Pond Baptist Church. She helped take care of and raise Chase and Alec Daniel, her great-great nephews. Mrs. Bishop loved to sew, loved to cook, and loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clyde Bishop; brothers S.L. Daniel, Javan “Votie” Daniel, Amos Daniel, Virgil Daniel, O’Neal Daniel, and Jeff Daniel; and sister Ellen Culver
Mrs. Bishop is survived by brother Olen Daniel; sisters Ophia Stevens and Manyla Husak; and a host of nephews, nieces, and great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
