(Updated) Cullman man killed in I-65 crash Thursday night

CULLMAN, Ala. – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash along Interstate 65 in Cullman County Thursday night. Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick identified the victim as Nathaniel Lee Creasey, 38, of Cullman.

Creasey was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck happened at approximately 7:45 p.m. near mile marker 309.

Alabama State Troopers said Creasey was ejected and fatally injured when the 2002 BMW 325i he was driving struck a 2020 Chevy Silverado.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
