Howard Jack Payne, 85, of Vinemont passed from this life Jan. 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born Jan. 14, 1936 to William Henry and Ethel Williams Payne. A private memorial service will be planned by the family.

Mr. Payne was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his children Barbara (Lee) Green, Leslie Payne, Howard Payne, Jr., Craig Matthew Payne, Joyce Payne, Christopher (Roxann) Payne, and Dennis Carl (Barbara) Payne; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and family and friends.
