Barry Glenn Howse, 71, of Cullman passed away Dec. 4, 2021. He was born May 17, 1949 in Cullman County, to Elonzoe and Marzell Lovvorn Howse.
Mr. Howse was a welder by trade, and he worked for Americold Industries for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, but his passion was Auburn football. Barry was an avid Auburn fan, but he enjoyed all SEC football. As much as he loved his Tigers though, nothing compared to his family. Mr. Howse was blessed with two daughters and four granddaughters and he loved spending time with all his girls.
Mr. Howse is preceded in death by his parents Elonzoe and Marzell Howse and his daughter Rusty Howse McGuire.
He is survived by his beloved wife Jean Howse; daughter Kacey Howse York (Kenny); granddaughters Jezzia Smith, Zoi Smith, Cora York, and Ada York; and a brother Michael Howse (Beverly).
A time of visitation for friends and family will be held Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021 at the funeral home. Friends may visit with the family from 6-8 p.m.
